Transformation Tower is owned by Transformation Group, part of Transformation Church. We designed and installed the exterior architectural lighting on the six-story, 196,000 square foot tower at 8200 S. Unit Drive, the former Unit Corporation building.

Exterior work is a different discipline from a sanctuary. Fixtures have to survive weather and temperature swings. Throw distances are measured in hundreds of feet rather than tens. Power and pathways have to run through an existing structure that was not built with this in mind. And the result is not evaluated from row twelve. It is evaluated from a distance, at speed, by people who are not thinking about lighting at all.
