Final scope, pricing, deposits, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for your specific project. Estimates may change based on site conditions, equipment availability, and the final scope of work.

Scheduling and changes

Project timelines are planned in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as product lead times, building readiness, or change requests. We’ll communicate any schedule changes as early as we can.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass through to you. Except as stated in your project agreement, services and products are provided “as is” without additional implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability
