We design and install our own acoustic treatment. Acoustic work is the single most commonly excluded line item in church AVL proposals. The usual pattern is that an integrator specifies it, prices it, and leaves the installation to a general contractor or to the church. We do it ourselves. If a room is complex enough to need an independent acoustician, we will tell you that too.
We do our own Q-SYS design and programming. Most regional integrators subcontract it. Doing it in house is why a multi-campus church ends up with systems that behave the same way in every room, which matters far more than any individual component choice when one person has to support all of them.
