The Connecting Co is a Tulsa church of roughly 300 people meeting in a 150-seat auditorium. We designed and installed a complete audio, video and lighting system, with acoustic treatment included in the scope rather than left as an afterthought.
Small rooms are a different problem, not a smaller one. Reflections arrive faster, the operator sits closer to the source, and the margin between too loud and not loud enough is much narrower. A system scaled down from a large-room design tends to fight the space instead of working with it.

We are involved now, during planning. That timing is the entire point. Pathways, structure and power get decided long before anyone picks a speaker, and those decisions are nearly free to change now and expensive to change later.
It is also why the 150-seat room mattered. A church does not bring you into planning for a 600-seat building because the brochure looked good. They bring you in because the last room works.
